On November 19, 2025, the second online session of the Devol 2025 Customer Conference was held. Continuing with the content presented at the October 22 session, the conference focused on artificial intelligence applied to business processes. The event served to reinforce Devol’s commitment to accompanying its customers in the leap towards intelligent automation.
Content of interest
The agenda for this second session was designed with the aim of promoting digital maturity in companies. Led by Devol’s innovation team, attendees were able to learn, from different perspectives, how artificial intelligence and automation are revolutionizing the way companies operate.
The day began with a brief introduction on the importance of data by Javier Guerra, followed by a presentation on practical AI training for executives by Pedro Álvarez. This presentation addressed how the evolution of artificial intelligence requires knowledge that, thanks to the exclusive tools provided by Devol, is now more accessible.
After this initial contact, Carlos Ansareo was responsible for presenting a session on the importance of using methodology to innovate. This approach facilitates the rapid development and launch of products and services in a way that would require much more time with a more traditional approach.
In the next presentation, José María Reaño focused on the use of AI in the software lifecycle. He discussed the artificial intelligence tools that are integrated into the development process of the solutions developed by Devol. He also explained how AI helps identify errors, analyze failures, and optimize performance.
Finally, Aitor Bergara highlighted the advantages and benefits of having a tool for managing the automation lifecycle, such as Process 360. This tool makes it possible to characterize super-automation in the company, generate KPIs that justify the use case, and provide real utility for daily support.
